HOW TO CREATE ACCOUNT
First install Digilocker app (I download the link below and install on your mobile).
Your mobile number will be authenticated by sending an OTP (one-time password) followed by selecting a username & password. This will create your DigiLocker account.
After your DigiLocker account is successfully created, you can voluntarily provide your Aadhaar number (issued by UIDAI) to avail additional services.

- Then signup that website. (Using your mobile number and get OTP)
- Now you can create your user name and password.
- After you create a account you can verify your aadhaar number.
- Now login your digilocker account.
- This page has a many option.
- Now you select Issuers option.
- This option has a notification page.
- Now click "Here" option. Locate Top of the Notification Page.
- This option go to the other page.
- This page has many options.
- Now you select "Driving License" option.This page has many options.
- This time you select "Ministry of Road Transport" Option.
- This option go to another page.
- Now you can see driving license number option to find the bottom of this page.
- Then enter you driving License number.
- After click "Get Document".
- Now download your Driving License ... Enjoy . Download
