  1. First visit digilocker website (I given the website link under this post click and visit). Using Desktop site on your android
  2. Then signup that website. (Using your mobile number and get OTP)
  3. Now you can create your user name and password.
  4. After you create a account you can verify your aadhaar number.
  5. Now login your digilocker account.
  6. This page has a many option.
  7. Now you select Issuers
  8. This option has a notification page.
  9. Now click "Here" option. Locate Top of the Notification Page.
  10. This option go to the other page.
  11. This page has many options.
  12. Now you select "Driving License" option.This page has many options.
  13. This time you select "Ministry of Road Transport" Option.
  14. This option go to another page.
  15. Now you can see driving license number option to find the bottom of this page.
  16. Then enter you driving License number.
  17. After click "Get Document".
  18. Now download your Driving License ... Enjoy .. Website
